I have just finished checking out the power consumption of some led gu10 bulbs and comparing it to other types of light bulbs and they turned out to be just the thing that I needed to light up my warehouse. Since there is constant activity in 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and since it has no windows, it has to be lit constantly.
This can be a real problem when it comes to the electric bill. Since I consider myself to be a small business owner and really don’t earn enough to be able to throw my money around, I have to consider any means possible to reduce the overheads of the warehouse. And since one of the key points in the monthly costs is the electric bill, I needed to find a way of reducing it as much as I can. The obvious choice was the fluorescent lighting solution because these bulbs can fit in regular screw mounts, but I decided to check out all the alternatives first, before actually deciding on one.
The incandescent lights had to go and that much was clear but I also wanted to check out what these led gu10 bulbs were all about. I know a little bit about the differences between plasma and led television sets and since these led gu10 bulbs are a newer technology I decided to try them out. Only a short time ago I had the mounts and led gu10 bulbs installed and I can tell you that they have already paid themselves off.
